Customers may notice that the coating on some laser-cut items does not adhere well. This is because laser cutting creates a thin layer of carbon along the cut edges, which can weaken the coating's adhesion.
In our production, we always remove this carbon layer before applying the coating. Although this process increases production cost, it ensures that the coating is durable and of high quality. We pay attention to these details because we want our customers to receive products that meet the highest standards.
Below picture shows the compare with/without carbon layer.
